The great and the meh.

The breakfast was good, with fine rooftop views. My room was large, well-decorated, and offered amazing sights of the river.

Noise issues from adjacent rooms dampened the cozy atmosphere at times.

We had a very positive stay during our first visit to Florence.

Astonishing breakfast, especially pastries and meats, the staff was pleasant. The location was great, just a pleasant stroll away from Bargello National Museum.

Beds were a little hard.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the artisan shops that make Florence special. Had an extensive breakfast with great views on all sides, various local ham plus fresh delicious breads. The private parking was nearby, attentive service. I loved staying at this property and will definitely go back there again...

A Nice Honeymoon Stay with Fine Views

We enjoyed a fantastic five-night stay on our honeymoon. The spacious room provided amazing views from the rooftop terrace, where breakfast was a daily highlight. The staff were friendly, and the room service spa treatments added a luxurious touch. A must for lovers of beautiful scenery!

Hotel staffs are very kind. The place is very convienient. The terrace of hotel is so nice.

I liked very much the location just 100 meters from most attractions. Rooms were very nice design and the staff was friendly.

The lift is quite slow.

The breakfast spread was a feast, a true delight for my taste buds! And the rooftop bar? Wow, a perfect spot for wine as the sun sets over Florence. Can't beat that vibe!

A second lavabo in the shower room could've offered more space, though it was still super comfortable.

The location is perfect, the hotel it's self was easy to find and with parking close by. The roof top facilities are fantastic, with amazing views over the city!

We could see the Duomo from the window in the room, and Terrace at the roof was excellent to see the entire town. Very close to the shopping street and hotel staff was really kind.

I just enjoyed a fantastic 3-night stay in a suite with spa access. The private spa was a real treat, and the breakfast was excellent. the rooftop views were amazing! The only downside was a noisy upstairs room. I would definitely return!

Location is excellent. terrace view and terrace breakfast is also excellent.

It seems each room has hot water supply tank, if we consume tank consumption, have to wait until water becoming hot. It is little bit annoying.

The fine views from the rooftop bar. We appreciated the spaciousness of our apartment, perfect for our family. We also loved being able to stroll to nearby attractions like the Basilica of Santa Trinita with ease.

In my wife's opinion, a kid's play area would be great.
